What is Health Assistant?
Anistratenco Health Assistant is an AI health assistant that helps you explore health questions, review supported records, and follow the sources behind an answer. HealthOS is the agentic system beneath it.
It is a health-information tool, not a diagnosis, prescribing, or emergency service, and it does not provide continuous clinical monitoring. Learn more about Anistratenco.
How reliable are answers?
We seek out and bring together academic research, clinical literature, and your personal health context to build the most comprehensive understanding we can of your health and the question at hand.
Our aim is to bring the breadth of the academic corpus and the depth of careful reasoning into every conversation. We examine how findings support or challenge each other and how they relate to you, shaping an answer around the evidence, your history, and what you want to understand. You can follow the sources and explore further.
What can I ask?
Anything on your mind. Ask away about symptoms, medications, supplements, sleep, nutrition, training, recovery, or a result you want to understand. There is no need to know the medical term or arrive with a perfectly formed question.
Start with what you have noticed, what you are curious about, or what you want to change. Health Assistant helps you connect the details and find a useful next step.
How private is it?
Your health is personal. The architecture should respect that. Supported health-profile fields and conversation context stay in your browser by default. Synchronized files are encrypted in your browser before they reach storage.
When you ask for a feature that needs server or model processing, relevant content is processed for that purpose. You choose what to bring into the conversation, what to keep, and what to remove. See how these protections work.
Do you see my conversations?
Your private life is not our analytics. Ordinary runtime telemetry is designed to exclude raw conversations, files, and model responses. Browser-local context stays on your device unless a feature you choose needs it elsewhere.
Selected processing can involve our servers and service providers. Account, security, and payment systems also retain the identifiers needed to operate your account. We minimize what leaves your device and tie its use to the service you requested.
Is data used for training?
What is my health avatar?
A picture of your health that can grow with you. Your health avatar brings together the history, goals, measurements, documents, and context you choose to share. It gives your next conversation somewhere meaningful to begin.
It is an evolving view, not a fixed label. Review it, correct it, and add what matters to you. Supported private context stays in your browser by default, so keep an export before clearing or replacing it.
What can I upload?
Bring the records behind the question. Lab reports, medical letters, research papers, food or training logs, and images can give your conversation more context. Supported formats include PDF, Office and OpenDocument files, spreadsheets, CSV, JSON, FHIR, text, and common images, alongside formats such as GPX, TCX, and VCF.
Ask for an explanation, compare supported results, or explore a detail in the original document. Available analysis and upload limits depend on the format and your plan.
Can I import wearable data?
Yes. Start with a supported export. Upload a CSV, JSON, GPX, or TCX file from your health or fitness app and ask about the measurements it contains. Sleep, activity, and recovery records become more useful when you can discuss what was happening in your life alongside them.
We are building OpenWearables integrations toward direct connections and ongoing updates. The aim is to bring wearable data into the same personal health picture; availability will depend on the service and the integration as it launches.
How do I start?
One question is enough. Open Health Assistant and share what is on your mind. You can start with a sentence, a document, or a goal; you do not need to assemble your entire health history first.
Try “Help me understand my latest bloodwork” or “I want to improve my sleep. Where should I begin?” Add context as the conversation develops. Choose your plan.
Can I explore the evidence?
Follow the question as far as you want. Live research can include links to the sources used in an answer, and supported document analysis ties extracted details to their origin.
Ask which study supports a conclusion, how findings compare, or whether the evidence applies to your circumstances. The conversation is a place to examine the evidence together, at your pace.
Can I delete my data?
You decide what stays. You can clear supported browser-local context and use account privacy controls or support to request deletion of eligible managed account information.
Some billing, security, backup, or legally required records have defined retention periods. The Privacy Policy explains what can be removed and what must be retained.
Can I take my data with me?
Your health story belongs to you. Supported export controls let you keep a copy of your local context, and you can request eligible information held by managed account systems.
Save an export before changing devices or clearing your browser. It gives you an archive you control, whether you keep using Anistratenco or choose another path.
What is the long-term vision?
A lifetime of health, understood in context. We are building Anistratenco into a longitudinal health intelligence platform: one place where your history, biology, routines, environment, and goals can inform each other over time.
Health Assistant is the first step. Our ambition is to make preventive insight more personal, continuous, and useful, with you at the center and in control. This platform should serve your life. Read why we are building it.
What about emergencies?
Get immediate help when it matters most. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service now. Do not wait for a chat response.
Health Assistant is not an emergency service or a continuous medical monitor. For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek urgent professional care.
